Once we have chosen the best site, we strip off the top soil and level the site with a laser level. We place a firm and waterproof geotextile membrane and install the special drainage pipes. Then we add a layer of drainage sand and a top layer of two different types of first-class equestrian sand. This top layer is again levelled with a centimeter accuracy with a laser level. Now it’s time for placing a safe and robust wooden fence and light poles.

The final step is the installation of an automatic pump that will automatically regulate the optimum water level underneath the riding surface. If the riding surface is too wet, the excess water is extracted fully automatically. If the riding surface is too dry, the necessary water is replaced fully automatically.
